Join Neighbourhood Services and the Red Cross for a “Get Ready in the Neighbourhood” Workshop to learn how to strengthen your community and prepare for emergencies. This interactive session will teach you practical skills, such as identifying hazards, creating an emergency plan for your family and neighbourhood, and building a support network when an emergency strikes.

Welcome to Swimming ProgramWelcome to swimming is a free program for anyone wanting to learn about the swimming pool environment. This program includes a tour, FREE Swim Assessment (optional), a lifejacket fitting, important water safety education and admission to the pool for a free public swim.
Registration is not required; simply check in at the facility’s front desk during the program times. Note: Please feel free to bring a translator for this activity. Translators will also be provided a free admission to assist you.
