Position Title: Aldergrove Community League Administrator
Position Responsibilities:
1. Reports to and takes direction from Board of Directors. Organize and attend monthly board meetings - minutes, agenda
2. Financial record keeping for Aldergrove Community League and Aldergrove Child Care (Quick Books):
4. Hall rentals (may require some work on weekends)
5. Attract, promote and manage Community League programs

Aldergrove Community League offers Aldergrove residents Child Care and after school care, wellness and family oriented programming and events as well as hall rentals and a Playschool program. Aldergrove Community League is a member of the Edmonton Federation of Community Leagues.
About the Position:
The successful candidate will be a proud ambassador for the Community League, promoting our programming and engaging new and existing residents to benefit from our programming and services. The candidate will also ensure that the Community League premises are well maintained and are inviting for the public and staff.

The ideal candidate will possess the following attributes and experience:

- Record revenues/expenditures, produce monthly income statement and balance sheet, reconcile bank statements
- Prepare Payroll, remit source deductions
- Manage payments and supplier contracts
4. Hall rentals (may require some work on weekends)
5. Attract, promote and manage Community League programs

- Resides nearby although not necessarily in Aldergrove
- Employment references
- Clear Police check including security clearance for vulnerable sector • Drivers license and vehicle
