Please bring the player's Alberta Health Care number, your valid community league membership number and a cheque or cash to pay for registration fees. You will also need to bring a cheques for $50.00 for a uniform deposit. If your child would like to be on the same team as a friend or on a particular coaches team, please make note of this on the top of your registration form. We will try our best to accommodate your wishes. All refunds are subject to a $25.00 administrative fee.

If you have not purchased your 2011-2012 membership they will be available at registration for $ 35.00 or can be purchased a head of time from the Primrose IDA pharmacy during their business hours.

NOTE: Late registrations will be charged a $ 25.00 fee. Late registration will be held on Mar. 14 from 6-9 pm at the Mayfield Hotel ( Pallisades room).

If you are willing to coach or be an assistant coach, please be sure to make note on your child's registration form or contact the Aldergrove Community League office at 481-1588.
