Please
bring the player's Alberta Health Care number, your valid community
league membership number (if you haven't already filled out your
child's form) and a cheque or cash to pay for registration fees.
If your child would like to be on the same team as a friend or
on a particular coaches team, please make note of this on the
top of your registration form. We will try our best to accommodate
your wishes.
If you have not
purchased your 2009/2010 membership they will be available at
registration for $ 35.00 or can be purchased a head of time from
the Primrose IDA pharmacy during their business hours. Memberships
will also be available for purchase on these evenings.
NOTE: Late registrations
will be charged a $25.00 fee.
If you are willing
to coach or be an assistant coach, please be sure to make note
on your child's registration form or contact the soccer coordinator,
Tim Dey at 484-9064 or the Aldergrove Community League office
at 481-1588.
